Every business owner has to get their head around sales and marketing, that's the game. What you don't have to become is a marketing tech guru. I take what you already know, systemise it into the machine that brings the right people in and books the calls, and make sure it actually converts. You close them; I build and run everything else.
It's one thing, done properly. A webinar that sells your programme, the ads that fill it, and the follow-up that catches everyone who didn't book on the day. I build it with you and run the parts you shouldn't have to touch. You present it, and you close.
I build and run the ads that put your webinar in front of the right people, plus the registration page and reminders that actually get them to show up.
I build the webinar with you, the structure, the slides, the script, then coach you to present it, so the thing that does the selling is genuinely good. It's your expertise; I make it convert.
An application and booking flow that puts ready-to-buy people straight onto your calendar. You close them on the call, that part's yours.
Most people don't book on the day. I build the follow-up that keeps working the ones who were nearly ready, so they come through instead of leaking away.
You already have the expertise and the offer. I take what's working and turn it into a machine that runs while you coach.
I got into this back in 2022. I grew up around tech and, like a lot of people then, I was looking for a business I could actually start. The advice going round was to sell marketing software to local businesses, so that's what I did. Easy income, I thought.
It wasn't. I learned fast how hard running a business is, and there was an irony I couldn't ignore: I was selling sales and marketing software without really understanding sales and marketing myself. It backfired. But it put me on the road that made me who I am, I learned the systems, how to build them and how to make them deliver, hands first.
The hard part nearly finished me. Months with no money coming in, working with clients and struggling to deliver what I'd promised, genuinely wanting to pack it in. What kept me going was simple: I wanted to build an income that looked after the people around me.
Then I went to work inside a financial services coaching business. The founder is brilliant with systems, he'd built his own funnel because he's exceptional with tech. But once I was inside that world I noticed something: most coaches aren't like him. They're brilliant at coaching and would rather never touch the tech. They don't want to become marketers, they want to coach. And there was the gap, nearly everyone in this space will coach you on how to build your marketing. Almost nobody will just build it for you.
That's Clientful. You became a coach to coach, not to become a marketing tech guru. You keep doing the part only you can do, and I build and run the machine that brings the clients in.
A quick call. I'll look at how you're getting clients now, tell you honestly whether I can help, and show you what the build would look like. No pitch, no pressure.
